All returns must be within 30 days and are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge or will receive store credit for the full purchase price of the item up to 6 months.
All exchanges require prior authorization.
There are no refunds on shipping charges.

All product returns must be issued a valid return authorization number and form. Clear photographic evidence of the cause for the return must be provided within 30 days of receipt of your product. Upon review and acceptance of this evidence, an RA # and form will be provided. The RA # and form must accompany the return to receive credit. RA #’s are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Product must be returned in the same condition that it was received. This would include uninstalled, free of damage pieces in the original packaging.
